Brian J. Nordon

Brian J. Nordon is a LitRPG Author from Dundalk, Ireland. He got his break on Royal Road, where his debut story, Wildcards: The Dread Pirate, hit the top ten in the site-wide rankings. After learning more about writing as a craft, and making a lot of mistakes throughout, Brian created a side-project just for himself.

It was a story that would incorporate the invaluable feedback he gained from his readers, and would finally quiet the voices in the back of his head that demanded he write it. Quest Academy was born, and got picked up by The Legion Publishers. It’s Brian’s first proper foray into publishing, and he’s so proud of it, he’s putting his own name on it.

Outside of writing, Brian works as a Recruiter for a video game company in Dublin. He spends his time interviewing writers and designers of some of the most critically acclaimed role-playing games in the world. He lives alone and is constantly torn between traveling the world, or getting a dog. If everything works out, he may very well do both.

Michael Head

Michael Head is the author of the Threads of Fate and Wandering Warrior series. He was severely injured while serving in the military, and used his time recovering to rediscover his love for books. After medically retiring from fifteen years of service, Michael went back to college to finish his degree in order to become a professor. His love of learning and ability to speak several languages made it an obvious transition, but life had other plans. When the coronavirus shut down his school, his wife encouraged him to finally take the leap and try writing his own books. He found his experiences in combat allowed him to write detailed and realistic fight scenes. Those battles, combined with his attention to detail and ability to plan vast, elaborate, and comprehensive worlds, make for fast-paced and thrilling books. With, of course, the occasional touches of humor and sarcasm thrown in the mix.

He currently lives in Kansas with his wife, who is also retired from the military, and their three daughters. Michael is also losing an ongoing war with the neighborhood squirrels that invade his attic, but he will continue to fight until the bitter end against the implacable enemy of mankind.

Rachel Ní Chuirc

Rachel Ní Chuirc is a video game writer by day, LitRPG scribbler by night, and an all-round chaos gremlin. Hailing from Ireland, she’s spent the past five years working as a writer for critically acclaimed fantasy games and bemoaning the cost of a pint in Dublin. When she found LitRPG, it was love at first sight, and she poured (what was left of) her soul into the Knights of Eternity trilogy, which was picked up by The Legion Publishers. When not writing, she enjoys wrestling swans, kicking the moon, and lying about her hobbies.

Jack Fields

Jack Fields is an Irish author. His upcoming novel Scarlet Citadel is the first in a trilogy published by The Legion Publishers. He has written, directed, and performed in award-winning theatrical productions and worked as a writer on a AAA videogame.

Ryan Maxwell

Ryan Maxwell, author of Grand System Vending, was born in Fort Worth Texas, and currently resides in Arlington Texas. He now works in the IT field as a QA Engineer for a company called Nelnet working on school management software working to provide the best experiences for schools that utilize the School Information System to manage their data and daily needs. He has been an avid reader since a very young age, idolizing the likes of many great authors such as Steven King, J.R.R Tolkien, and Isaac Asimov. He has been reading the LitRPG genre for the last 6 years with some of his favorite series being The Land, Underverse, and Noobtown. He has been writing for the last two years and has multiple completed manuscripts. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, and three children as well as their many pets. He has been a volunteer foster parent to many dogs over the past 11 years and his hobbies include playing D&D with friends, traveling to the beach and mixed drink destinations, playing video games, reading, and listening to audiobooks.

Lars Machmüller

Lars Machmüller lives in Denmark with his wife and three kids. Family comes first, and as such, he spends a lot of time perfecting the art of packed lunches, cleaning food off the floor and delivering kids to and from school, kindergarten, playdates and whatnot.

Whenever somebody is not crawling on his shoulders, he dedicates every waking moment attempting to exorcize all those LitRPG plot bunnies that keep finding a place to live within his skull.

Whatever little time remains, he distributes evenly between his towering to-be-read pile, his trusty PC, and music.
